Extraordinary hotel with elegant atmosphere in a very attractive area short walk to the El Chamo restaurant in the village and the island. Good service, very nice and really kind staff during stay. Stunning and lovely location, within walking distance of everywhere.

The location is good, close enough to Los Cristianos, a kilometre or two outside of town, local bars and restaurants, and North / the garden / mountain. Besides, the hotel is located 3 km away from Ifonche.

Location not far from the restaurant, near to La Escalona and local bars and restaurants. Plus, 20 minutes drive from Cho Pancho...

Beautiful and pretty accommodation with marvellous setting short walk to Tenerife, los cristianos and the surrouding resorts about twenty minutes drive or so and El Teide. Really kind and courteous staff with a smile. Very nice overall experience.

We had a great New Year's experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, nestled in the mountains and away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a few disappointments. The spa facilities were not as advertised, with only the pool and one jacuzzi working.

The hotel had a peaceful and tranquil setting, high up in the hills with a beautiful view of South Tenerife. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The presence of a spa and indoor pool added to the overall experience. Additionally, the food at the hotel was of high quality and enjoyable. It was convenient that the hotel was away from the main road, providing a quiet and secluded atmosphere.

The hotel's website was misleading and gave false expectations. The spa facilities were in need of renovation and maintenance.
